I. Booking and Payment
How can I pay for my accommodation with a SZÉP card?
Answer: Our hotel accepts OTP, MBH, and K&H SZÉP cards. You can pay when transferring the online advance payment or upon arrival at the hotel. We accept all three sub-accounts (accommodation, catering, leisure). Detailed prices can be viewed on our website.
When and how do I pay the advance payment?
Answer: An advance payment is required to finalize your booking, which can be settled by bank transfer or credit card guarantee. In the case of a credit card guarantee, your card will only be charged within the cancellation period. You can easily complete the room booking process on our online platform.
II. Rooms and Facilities
What facilities do the rooms have? Do they include towels and air conditioning?
Answer: Yes, we provide towels in all our rooms. Most of our rooms are air-conditioned; the use of air conditioning is available for an extra charge (4000 HUF/night) at the reception. Get to know the types of rooms better!
Is there a food heating facility in the hotel?
Answer: Yes, for the convenience of our guests, we have placed a microwave oven on every floor corridor.

Does the hotel have its own beach?
Answer: Yes, Hotel Lidó is a direct lakeside hotel with its own fenced grassy beach, where sun loungers are provided for relaxation.
Is half-board available?
Answer: Currently, a rich buffet breakfast is available in our hotel. Although our own restaurant does not serve dinner, our guests will find many excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity on Petőfi Promenade.
IV. Parking and Access
Where can I park and how much does it cost?
Answer: Our enclosed, unguarded car park is located 400 meters from the hotel. The fee is 4500 HUF/night/car. Advance booking is not required; you can indicate your need at the reception upon arrival.
Can I keep my bicycle safe?
Answer: Of course! A lockable bicycle storage is available free of charge for our guests in the hotel garden.
V. Dog-Friendly Services
Answer: Yes, our hotel is dog-friendly! You can bring your pets for an extra charge. They can be brought into common areas and onto the beach on a leash, but they are not allowed in the restaurant and in the water of Lake Balaton (due to local regulations).
